Exotic Plants and Flowers
I love learning about exotic plants and flowers and where they grow in the world. I have had the pleasure of viewing some of these tropical beauties, but don't always know what the official names of them are. I have captured some with my camera, and as you can see they can get pretty odd, unique and beautiful sometimes. I think they are works of art practically! I wanted to share them, in hopes of helping to get some identification . If you happen to know what any of these are, please do share as I hope to learn more about them.
My plan is to update this page as I find more flowers, and as I find the names of them to share. If I can find out where they are from as well, that would really make my day.
Tropical Flowers Come in all shapes and sizes
I have had the pleasure of visiting some tropical conservatories. This is where I have captured many of these photos. It is such a joy to go to these places, and I have frequented them over time and almost every time I go, a new tropical flower is in bloom. It makes sense they will take turns blooming when its their time to do so.
Usually, my time is limited, and I am capturing the photos so much so, that I don't capture the names or take time to write them down. Learning more about these flowers and what makes each of them is a joy and interesting as well. The tropical areas of the world boast such beauty in this way. Its interesting to learn of carnivorous plants, and which ones have different or odd smells to lure their prey, for instance.
Other flowers entice pollinators of all kinds. Truly, many are practically a work of art in themselves. I love nature so much, and seeing these many tropical flowers is one of the main reasons why. Feel free to check back as you can, to see if my knowledge of them has grown. I will be so happy to share it with all. In particular, I am looking for odd characteristics, or things that make each unique and different from another flower, as well as location of origin.

Wow, stunning. It's incredible how vibrant flowers can be.
Having grown up in Singapore, I've seen some of the flowers showcased here. You've managed to capture the beauty and wow factor of these unique flowers. I used to have the pink flower with the yellow star growing in my backyard.Lovely hub.
